Filling the piñata

Every day, your buyers take a swing at AI.

or just scroll

What falls out

Every swing is a question someone is asking an AI right now.

They have stopped scrolling through ten blue links. They ask, and one answer falls out. The only question that matters is whether your name is in it.

  • best procurement software for mid-market
  • alternatives to SAP Ariba
  • is X GDPR compliant
  • who does CSRD reporting software
  • cheapest EV charging backend
  • top brand agencies in Europe
  • what is a CMMS platform

The problem

Most brands just hope they are in there.

Guess at keywords. Publish more posts. Hope something lands. Meanwhile the work is split across an SEO agency, a design agency, and a developer, with you in the middle translating between them.

Three parties, one client, and nobody owning the outcome.

The turn

So we stopped hoping.

Instead of waiting to be found, we get you inside the answer. We treat visibility as structure, not luck, and we build it in three stages.

Pillar 01

Get you in there

Before an AI can name you, it has to be able to read you. We fix the structure of your site, clean up how pages relate to each other, and open the door for AI crawlers so they can get in and understand what you do. Most sites fail here without knowing it.

  • Technical audit and crawlability fixes
  • Information architecture and internal linking
  • Structured data and schema markup
  • Clear access rules for AI crawlers

Pillar 02

Make room for more

We research the questions your buyers actually ask, then extend your site so it has room to answer them. New page types, new templates, a structure that grows instead of straining. The more questions you can answer, the more often you are the one named.

  • Prompt and query research
  • New page types and CMS structures
  • Templates built for scale
  • A content model that fits your offering

Pillar 03

Fill it with substance

Then we write and design it. Real content built to answer real questions, produced and published by the same team that built the structure it lives in.

  • Content strategy and briefs
  • Writing, design and build
  • Publishing straight into your CMS
  • Ongoing iteration on what performs

One team

One team, start to finish.

Strategy through implementation, under one roof. No handovers, no briefing three agencies on the same thing.

A month. That’s all we need from you, and it’s for strategy, not admin.

Measurement

You’ll see it move.

Every month you get a report showing where you appear, which prompts you show up in, and how that’s changing over time. Visibility you can point at, not a feeling.

Be in the answer.

Thirty minutes. We’ll look at your site, tell you where you stand in AI answers today, and you can decide from there.

Questions

SEO and GEO, explained

What is GEO?

GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimisation. It is the practice of making your business visible inside AI-generated answers, the ones produced by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews and similar tools. Where classic SEO competes for a position in a list of links, GEO competes to be the source an AI cites when it answers a question in your category.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO optimises for a ranked list. GEO optimises for a single synthesised answer. The technical groundwork overlaps heavily, since both depend on a site that machines can crawl and understand, but the target differs. In search you want the click. In an AI answer you want the mention, because often there is no click at all. That changes which content you write and how you structure it.

Does SEO still matter if AI answers are taking over?

Yes. Traditional search still drives the majority of discovery for most B2B companies, and AI systems largely draw on the same underlying index. A site that is invisible to search engines tends to be invisible to AI models too. We treat them as one discipline rather than two budgets.

How long does it take to see results?

Technical fixes can show up within weeks, because crawlers revisit quickly once the structure is sound. Content-driven visibility is slower and usually becomes measurable across three to six months. AI systems also update their sources at different speeds, so movement tends to appear gradually rather than all at once.

How do you measure whether it is working?

Every month you get a report showing which prompts your business appears in, how often you are cited, which competitors show up alongside you, and how all of that is shifting over time. It is tracked against a baseline we set at the start, so progress is visible rather than assumed.

What do you need from us?

One to two hours a month. We handle strategy, technical implementation, design, content production and publishing in-house, so there is no briefing chain between separate agencies. Your time goes into reviewing direction and approving anything that touches product claims, not into project management.
